Zaptec Go offers two different internet connection choices.
The charger does not require an internet connection but keeping it offline will limit its functionality.
☝️There is no physical data connection on Zaptec chargers.
Connect to internet
As default, Zaptec Go will connect to the cellular LTE network when powered up. But, if your charger is located in a place where 4G LTE-M is not available, you can connect the charger to Wi-Fi in the Zaptec App.
This is usually done during installation. However, if you wish to change the network solution you can do this in the app as well.
1. Open the Zaptec App and log in with your Zaptec account.
2. From Chargers, find your charger under the Installation tab.
3. Select the "Advanced settings" button, and use your PIN code
4. Choose which communication type you want to use.
