How to connect Zaptec Pro to network

Depending on the installation, Zaptec Pro can be connected to Wifi, LTE, or PLC network. 

Use the Zaptec App to connect to the preferred communication method. 

Connect to LTE 

1. From the Home. tap the at the top-right
2. Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
3. Scroll down to Network Settings 
4. Tap "Connect to 4G" and press "Save" 

☝️ As default Zaptec chargers will connect to 4G when powered up.

Connect to Wi-Fi 

1. From the Home. tap the at the top-right
2. Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
3. Scroll down to Network Settings 
4. Tap "Switch to Wi-Fi" or "Connect to Wi-Fi"  
5. Find the network you want to use and fill in the password
6. Press "Save"

Connect to PLC

1. From the Home. tap the at the top-right
2. Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
3. Scroll down to Network Settings . Tap "Configure PLC" 
4. Tap "Scan Network Name"
5. Use the camera to scan the QR code on the PLC module. iPhone users can upload images from gallery
6. Tap "Save" to connect to network
