Depending on the installation, Zaptec Pro can be connected to Wifi, LTE, or PLC network.
Use the Zaptec App to connect to the preferred communication method.
Connect to LTE
- From the Home. tap the at the top-right
- Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Scroll down to Network Settings
- Tap "Connect to 4G" and press "Save"
☝️ As default Zaptec chargers will connect to 4G when powered up.

Connect to Wi-Fi
- From the Home. tap the at the top-right
- Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Scroll down to Network Settings
- Tap "Switch to Wi-Fi" or "Connect to Wi-Fi"
- Find the network you want to use and fill in the password
- Press "Save"

Connect to PLC
- From the Home. tap the at the top-right
- Select "Configure products" and use the PIN code to connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Scroll down to Network Settings . Tap "Configure PLC"
- Tap "Scan Network Name"
- Use the camera to scan the QR code on the PLC module. iPhone users can upload images from gallery
- Tap "Save" to connect to network
