When a charger is set to stand-alone mode all communication with the cloud is disabled. Smart features like Eco Mode and third-party services connected to Zaptec will be turned off.
🤚 The feature is only available for the owner of the charger.
For Zaptec Go you have to be set as the installation owner to do this.
In the Zaptec app
- On the Chargers page, click on the correct charger
- Click on Advanced settings and connect to the charger via Bluetooth
- Toggle the "Stand-alone mode" button to activate
- Adjust the desired Current using the horizontal slider
- Press "Save"
In the Zaptec Portal
- Go to the Chargers tab
- Type in serial number or name of the charger and use the search tab to find your charge point
- Under the Settings tab check the box for Stand-alone mode to activate
- Press "Save"
Note that the stand-alone phase and current must be configured directly on the charger using the Zaptec app. It is not possible to inspect or change these settings from the portal, and settings may differ from the chargers currently allocated phase and current.
