Our Approach to Resolving the Issue
At Zaptec, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Here's an overview of our ongoing efforts to address the derating problem:

New Firmware Testing: We have developed a new firmware that we believe may resolve the issue of charging effect derating. However, before rolling it out to all customers, we are conducting thorough testing to ensure its effectiveness.

Safety First: Your safety and the reliability of our products are paramount. We will not release the new firmware until we are confident that it is safe, effective, and thoroughly tested. This ensures that we provide you with a solution that addresses the derating issue without any compromises.
As of Oct 4th we have completed laboratory endurance testing of the new improved management algorithm this week. It is now going through internal Quality Assurance testing. Once passed, it will be cleared for release to selected customers.
