Important information
All load- and phase balancing happens in the Zaptec portal, or ZapCloud, which means it's important to make sure your ZapCloud installation reflects the circuits on your physical installation as well as connecting your Zaptec charging stations to the internet.
Failing to configure the installation properly in the portal may lead to: fuse tripping, warning messages, charge faults and other unexpected charging behaviours.
