If charging problems are experienced, this may be due to the vehicle not being locked.
The car must be locked when charging. As for your car, it probably has an older software that doesn't support smart charging.
To update the software in car, contact your dealer.
If the charging station is set to provide 3-face charging, charging will not start as the MG ZS EV does not support 3-factor charging.
The following must then be performed on the charging station settings in the Zaptec Portal
- Log in with your user profile in portal
- Tap the Charging Stations tab
- Select charging station
- Click the Settings tab
- Change Max Phases from 3 to 1
- Click "save"
