The PIN code is four digits, and is available if you log in to Zaptec Portal. Prerequisite: Owner access to charging station
The four-digit PIN code is listed under Charging Station Settings in the Zaptec Portal.
Basically, you do not need the PIN code after your charging station has been configured.
It is only in connection with setup or changes of technical details on your charging station, where the installer needs a PIN code, for example when changing network options and the like.
You do not need the PIN code to lock the charging cable to the charging station, if you have owner access to the charging station, this is easily done via the ZAPTEC App or Zaptec Portal.
