1. Notes
This is a guide that shows how to connect Zaptec Sense to internet.
Please note that we offer two versions of this product.
- Zaptec Sense generic for larger charging systems, such as housing associations and apartments.
- and Sense HAN which is intended for the privat marked ( Norway only).
2. Zaptec Sense
The Zaptec Sense supports both WiFi 2.4GHz and Ethernet.
To connect, configure the unit via the Zaptec App.
Under "Home", tap the
icon, choose "install product"
and scan the QR-code on the back of the user guide.
Enter PIN code
Then connect to the network type you prefer. You can choose between Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
After this you will continue with the rest of the configuration of the unit.

3. Zaptec Sense HAN (Norway only)
Sense HAN supports WiFi 2,4GHz and does not have an Ethernet port.
To connect to Wi-Fi, install the unit via the Zaptec App.
Under "Home", tap the icon, select "Install product" and scan the QR-code on the back of the user guide.
You then get the opportunity to connect to Wi-Fi.
After this you will continue with the rest of the configuration of the unit.
