Create a charge report in ZAPTEC Portal

You can easily create a charge report in the administration tool, ZAPTEC Portal.

Who can create a charge report in ZAPTEC Portal?


Users with owner role for the installation can create a charge report as described below in the ZAPTEC Portal.

Which options can I base the charge report on?


Sorted By: Charging station, User profile and/or Chargecard IDs
Time frame: Last Week, Last Month, Last Year or custom time frame
 

How to create a charge report in an installation without Native Authentication in ZAPTEC Portal


Installations without Authentication (Native), will only filter charge consumption based on Charging station used.
Installations with Third-party Authentication (OCPP & Web-hooks), will only filter charge consumption based on Charging station used.
  1. Open a web-browser and log in to ZAPTEC Portal
  2. Select the installation tab
  3. Select the installation in the installations overview.
  4. Select the Charge report tab
  5. Select time frame

    Last week: Shows 7 days from yesterday
    Last month: Shows the previous month
    Last year: Shows the previous year
    Custom: Shows the consumption from/to on the selected dates
  6. If selected Custom, select the white section in order to input the desired custom from & to dates
  7. Press Update
  8. Press Export to Excel
  9. Select the location on your computer on where to store the Excel charge report

    Default filename of charge report is UsageReport_YEARMMDD-YEARMMDD_Installation name.xls
  10. Open the excel spreadsheet

How to create a charge report in an installation with Authentication (Native) in ZAPTEC Portal

  1. Open a web-browser and login in to ZAPTEC Portal
  2. Select the installation tab
  3. Select the installation in the installations overview.
  4. Select the Charge report tab
  5. Select which Group the charge report shall result by

    Charger: Shows which charging station has been charged with
    User (default): Shows the User which has performed charging
    ChargeCardName: Shows which ChargeCard the User has Authenticated and performed charging with

    If Unknown appears this indicate that the User has Authenticated through ZAPTEC App
    Charging station is disabled with Authentiaction or activated with Standalone

  6. Select time frame

    Last week: Shows 7 days from yesterday
    Last month: Shows the previous month
    Last year: Shows the previous year
    Custom: Shows the consumption from/to on the selected dates
  7. If selected Custom, select the white section in order to input the desired custom from & to dates
  8. Press Update
  9. Press Export to Excel
  10. Select the location on your computer on where to store the Excel charge report

    Default filename of charge report is UsageReport_YEARMMDD-YEARMMDD_Installation name.xls
  11. Open the excel spreadsheet

How to create a charge report in an installation with and without Authentication (Native) enabled in ZAPTEC Portal

  1. Open a web-browser and login in to ZAPTEC Portal
  2. Select the installation tab
  3. Select the installation in the installations overview.
  4. Select the Charge report tab
  5. Select which Group the charge report shall result by

    User: Shows the User which has performed charging
    ChargeCardName: Shows which ChargeCardName the User has Authenticated and performed charging with

  6. Start by Group results by User

    Unknown will appear on the top row of the table. This indicates that some Charging stations is disabled with Authentiaction or activated with Standalone

  7. Select time frame

    Last week: Shows 7 days from yesterday
    Last month: Shows the previous month
    Last year: Shows the previous year
    Custom: Shows the consumption from/to on the selected dates
  8. If selected Custom, select the white section in order to input the desired custom from & to dates
  9. Press Update
  10. Press Export to Excel
  11. Select the location on your computer on where to store the Excel charge report

    Default filename of charge report is UsageReport_YEARMMDD-YEARMMDD_Installation name.xls

  12. Create a second charge report, by Group result with Charger. In order to have a complete overview of all performed charge consumption

    The reason why this needs to be performed twice is have the consumption report for the charging stations without Authentication

  13. Open both excel spreadsheets to compare the results
